“Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“We had an amazing 2 week stay at Island Bliss. It is really well maintained hostel, if it can even be called that. It felt more like a hotel! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you can think of. The room & bathroom are cleaned daily making for a very comfortable stay. Very central & free parking lot nearby. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Sao Miguel! ”

“Tout était parfait, la cuisine super équipée des petites café Nespresso chaque jour, des biscuits offerts à notre arrivée avec une bouteille de vin blanc car vip expédia, personnel souriant et très sympatique. Nous sommes arrivés le matin très tôt et comme notre chambre était libre ils nous ont laissé libre de s'y installer de suite, nous avons eu une carte pour un stationnement intérieur à un très bon prix aussi.
