“Room, bathroom and breakfast room was immaculately clean. Very friendly staff, Maxine was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the areas, even drawing maps, of where to go and places to visit. Very enjoyable breakfast, with option to choose what you wanted each day. Very friendly, hospitable hosts. ”

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. “It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the B&B to the causeway out to St. Michael's Mount (we didn't have a car). But it was probably the nicest place we stayed on our three-week trip to Ireland and southwestern England! It's next to a pasture with horses and has a lovely lawn with chairs, and the bathroom and bedroom and kitchen areas are large and beautifully appointed. We wished we could stay longer!”

“Everything you could need for independent accommodation. Very well equipped kitchen and dining space with comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms and bathroom are a good size and are clean and tidy. The facility of the hot tub is amazing. Also only a 15min drive from Falmouth seafront. Overall, very well worth a stay here. ”
