Relaxing Stay

The apartment is in a great location in Portimão. Steps away from the beach. Great restaurants and pubs. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The hosts were great to deal with when I had any questions. Definitely recommend.

Amazing view from Balcony

The apartment was good. High end appliances, lots of hot water. Comfortable bed. Location is great across from Praia da Rocha, and lots of restaurants and stores close by.

On the beach

Went for a month and loved the apartment. Grace was wonderful and the location is fantastic. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby making it very easy to either eat out or in.

Great Apartment in a Fantastic location!

This was a really lovely apartment - very homey! The location was also perfect - you basically can't get closer to the beach and yet it is quiet in the evening. We also did home office there and it worked very well. The kitchen is very well maintained!

Everything what u need

We were very happy to stay in this apartment. Beautiful view on the beach from thr balcony, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped fully, great location. Host was very nice and informstive. 10/10 recommended

Lovely apartment

The apartment was large and clean. Lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Grace greeted us and showed us everything. Apartment was well equipped and in a perfect location.

Perfect View, Perfect Stay

The apartment is well furnished and tastefully decorated. The view out the balcony is spectacular and was hard to leave. I was spoiled being located right across from the beach. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful, kind and communicative. A++++

We found the apartment very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable and the magnificent view from the balcony to the sea was fantastic. What bothered us was only that the stove only two hotplates have worked.

Fantastic property, super clean, steps away from the main beach and also on the main strip of Portimao (Praia da Rocha). We were a family of 5 who couldn’t have asked for more. Property management (Mrs Graca and her spouse) were 5 stars, easily accessible and willing to provide valuable insights for new visitors to the area. Our family will go back! 😀

Lovely Condo in a lovely Location

My husband and I stayed at Graça’s condo for 7 nights in late September. The condo is in a very nice location at the end of the Praia da Rocha beach, just across from it. We were pretty much walking distance from several restaurants. There is a grocery store within a short walking distance. The condo was nice and clean. The bed was very comfort. The kitchen has all we needed to prep a quick breakfast in the morning. The small balcony has a wonderful view of the beach. On the weekends it is loud from bars below the apartment. I would recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Graça was great on greeting us and quick to respond to a few of our needs. The condo was also a +/- 17 min walk to the Portimao Marina where we took our boat tours. We used Uber to and from the train station and also to some recommended restaurants in Portimao. My only recommendation to Graça would be written instructions on how to operate the laundry washer (LOL). It was not intuitive and our clothes came out of it dripping wet. No big deal. We hung them and they were dry the next day.

Prettig, alleen hadden we verwacht dat we nog meer aan de frontlinie zaten, we zaten nu aan de zijkant waardoor alleen in de middag vanaf 14.00- 17.00 uur zon was.Het appartement is gedateerd en het servies e.d. is nodig aan vervanging toe.De bedden waren uitstekend en 1 x per week of 10 dagen verschonen daarvan en handdoeken wissel prima!Goed om te weten dat als je de auto in de garage parkeert je het zendertje meeneemt, mocht de lift het een keer niet doen kan je toch buitenom de garage inkomen.
