It s newly renovated two bedroom apartment with stainless steel appliance, new butcher block counter top. I and my wife has been working on it for sometimes to make sure that our guests enjoy it and feel like home.
It s located in Back Cove. It s very nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood. Yet, it s just few miles from downtown. There is a small playground ideal for guests who have small children as they can see them playing from our deck and popular local ice cream.
it s just a few miles to downtown, whole food, Hannaford, Trader Joe, back bay ( most of popular place Portlanders go jogging), and many more local restaurants.
New different keypad will be given to guest ahead check in (last 4 digit of guest phone number). Our guests have complete access to the whole apartment and deck ( grill is available just let us know ahead). There is a 58 samsung 4k smart tv with Netflix, amazon prime, and HBO. High speed internet. There are 2-4 off street parking spots and more on street.
I would like to give my guests space but will be always available via Airbnb, call, or text if they have any questions or concerns before and during their stay.

Great stay with family!
We had our 6 month old baby with us and this property was perfect to accommodate naps and feedings. There was a high chair, full kitchen and one of the bedrooms stayed dark through the morning which was amazing! The host was very responsive as well. The location was great, near restaurants, coffee, and ice cream shop. Really glad we booked our 2 night stay at this property!

Spacious property
The apartment was very clean and spacious. However, we were a bit surprised by the noise of a train passing near by early in the morning and late at night. But great apartment overall.

Great apartment
Our family of four enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, spacious, and in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the washer/dryer and although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully equip for cooking. It’s a shared space with another unit on the second floor, but felt quiet and private.

First Portland ME stay
We had a great stay here. It’s short this time but we will be back. The instructions are straightforward for check in and check out. There are a few places are within walking distance - always popular neighborhood ice cream place; Bird & Co for awesome selection of tacos and drinks; Big sky bread company for piping hot breakfast sandwiches and delicious baked goods. Technically Accurate
Everything mentioned in the listing is accurate, the place just wasn’t as clean as we’re used to. It wasn’t a big deal, the bedding was absolutely clean, but the floors and fans were very dusty. I walked around in white socks and they turned black in about 15 minutes.
The house is very well described and I want to ensure you that you will be safe, you’re going to be in a great neighborhood, and the host is very responsive.
The cost was simply too high for my expectations. If the price was lower, I’d stay here again with some buddies. If I was to bring my family, I’d likely choose a different place.

Nice Apartment in Back Cove Portland
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment, the check in process was smooth and things were as expected inside. The host was quick to respond to our questions / concerns and was very attentive. The host had even left coffee and tea for our use. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is within 15 minutes drive of the International Airport, and within a few minutes drive of local points of interest such as Back Cove Trail, Mackworth Island and Baxter Park, as well as being close to restaurants in downtown Portland.

Just Right Stay

wonderful host
The host goes out of his way to provide a comfortable and generous living environment. There were MANY unexpected extras provided for the traveler, from waters, seltzers, teas, and beers in the fridge, to pizzas in the freezer, to a variety of teas and coffees and breakfast bars and packaged oatmeal. The kitchen was well equipped with a couple of dozen spices and there was ample dishes and glassware, etc . This is a very comfortable dwelling to settle into and relax, comfortable pillows and throws and a very large television with numerous accessible channels.

Great property and host!
The property was well-furnished and comfortable, with all necessities provided and more. The linens and towels were lovely and fresh and the kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances, spices, etc. The pictures provide an accurate portrayal of the property. Sokreth, the host, was extremely responsive and anxious to provide a lovely stay for his guests.
Only issue was the HomeAway email requesting a review had a faulty link. I have communicated with HomeAway and hope the problem is fixed because this property definitely deserves 5 Star reviews!
