"We stayed at Eurostars Porto Douro for three nights in December and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent variety including hot dishes like eggs and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, yogurt with toppings, pastries, breads, juices, and good coffee. Our room had a lovely river view, and we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The staff were very attentive. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

AC not working: error message showing up or automatically going to heater. Receptionist tried her best to help. AC was still not working. Breakfast was delicious and had great variety of options. Location is perfect : close to Ponte Luiz, restaurants, metro station, stores, Christmas market, river. Highly recommend (ensure AC unit functions)."
