"Breakfast was very good, large selections of fruit, juice, champagne, eggs and baked goods, cheeses and meats."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful area of Porto, and the overall condition of the hotel was good. But be careful of the room you get, as my room was in what felt like the basement. It was very dark and looked out on a wall. When I asked the staff if I could be moved they did nothing to accommodate me, other than say they would look into it. This lasted for multiple days. The staff was also extremely slow to respond to any request including supplying us with robes and towels for pool and saunas. It took a full day to receive them even after multiple requests.the other thing to be warned about is the hotel felt extremely noisy, possibly due to poor construction. I would advise you to look elsewhere when staying in Porto."

"Beautiful, spotless, gorgeous hotel. Very special ambiance. They even gave us a gift for my older son’s birthday. The only tiny negative comment I have is one Of my sons lost a backpack in the hotel and they never found it but I am not sure if it’s their fault. Highly recommend "

"Location was great. Was not able to get in room early at all though. Nespresso in room was so nice to have. No view from room but the location of hotel itself made up for that. "
