This 50m2 2-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect getaway for families and friends looking to explore this vibrant city.
The property is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by stairs.
Designed with an open floor plan, the kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stovetop and a microwave, and the living room area features a comfy couch, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table.
There's also a private balcony with a seating area to lounge and enjoy.
For added convenience, the property is equipped with ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.
The two bedrooms have a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Just steps from Rua de Ferreira Borges is the Palácio da Bolsa, one of Porto’s most iconic buildings. This 19th-century neoclassical palace was once the stock exchange and today serves as a symbol of the city’s mercantile past.
Directly across from the Palácio da Bolsa is the Mercado Ferreira Borges, a stunning iron and glass structure that now serves as a cultural venue. It hosts exhibitions, events, and markets, blending the old with the new in Porto’s ever-evolving art scene. This market once played a central role in the city's commercial life and still retains its industrial charm, now adapted for contemporary use.
Cultural enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity to the Church of São Francisco, one of Porto’s most stunning churches. While the exterior is relatively simple, the inside is a marvel of Baroque design, with intricate gilded woodwork that gives the church a golden glow.
A short walk from the property, you'll find Ribeira, Porto’s picturesque riverside district, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ribeira’s colourful buildings line the Douro River, and its narrow cobbled streets are filled with lively bars, cafes, and restaurants. From here, you can also admire the magnificent Dom Luís I Bridge, an iron bridge that spans the Douro River and connects Porto to Vila Nova de Gaia.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tube station, São Bento, is just a 7-minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
