「Friendly front desk, but room cleaning needs improvementThe reception staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, but the housekeeping service definitely needs improvement. A cleaning staff member accidentally broke a cup in our room, but left numerous glass shards all over the floor and even some on the bed, which was quite dangerous. 「It was not easy to find as there has no significant hotel name on the entrance. There has 2 or 3 staircases on the entrance which is not convenient for the customers when they have large luggage. The house-keeping team seems to be a bit careless without checking everything properly before release the room to new visitors. 」
