「While public parking is the only option, bell hop service was excellent. Hotel is so conveniently located only 100 yards from the marina and with dozens of stores and restaurants within a two minute walk. Very clean rooms, highly attentive staff and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.」

「Rommet vi fikk fungerte ikke som lovet og til tross for at vi hadde leid tre netter flyttet vi etter en natt og bestilte nytt hotell i samråd med hotelleier og hotels.com. Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. Skikkelig elendig opplevelse. Så uproft.」
