Convenient location!
This house was clean and comfortable. Our group of 5 family members had a nice stay here. The Co-Op was just around the corner to buy food. The kitchen was nice to make our own meals. The washer in the kitchen and dryer in the garage make it nice to wash our clothes mid way through our Scotland tour.

Great accommodations and perfect location
If you are looking for a lovely home to stay at when you are visiting Skye/Portree area this home is the place for you. Large kitchen and sitting area are very inviting. We appreciated how quick the response was from the management company with any questions we had. Location is perfect, the home is only a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in Portree. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed
Cute house in a centrally located neighborhood, within walking distance to groceries and downtown Portree. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials and was comfortable for our family. One bedroom could stand a new mattress as our kids could feel some springs. Also some blackout curtains would be great in the Spring/Summer months as it is light most of the day and night. But other than it was cute and nice and we’d recommend it to others.

Lovely spot in Portree
This property was perfect for two couples. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have a little back garden. The walk into town was easy. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Home is lovely with a nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood with play area across the street. We could easily walk to grocery store and downtown Portree. There were some issues with maintenance while we were there, but that couldn’t be helped.

Perfect part of Portree!
If you are looking to stay in Portree, look no further than this perfect home in a great location! We were able to easily walk into town to explore the area and then come home and relax comfortably. In addition, the owners are incredibly helpful and responsive. An all around lovely spot!

An incredibly enjoyable stay in Portree. The house was decorated beautifully and very close to town center. We walked to dinner in about 10 minutes.

Visit to Skye
We picked this VRBO for its location. It’s centrally situated for day drives around Skye. It is also ab easy walk into the main shopping and eating areas as well as the food Co-op. It was quite chilly the first night and we couldn’t figure out the thermostat/heat. We quickly got a helpful reply. Someone even came over in the morning to check. My one suggestion is to add a “renter’s binder “ with information about check in/ out, appliance user manuals, Portree restaurants, etc. We were three adults and there was plenty of room

It’s was nice to have a home in a family neighborhood and within walking distance of town and the grocery close as well. We were 20-40 minutes from some of Skies top hikes which enabled us to hike all day then walk to town for a pint and dinner ... then back to a quiet neighborhood and comfortable home. It was perfect for our group (3 couples) w/ 2 full baths up and a 1/2 bath on the main floor.

Ideally located in walking distance to downtown Portree with grocery shopping just around the corners The house could need some touchup in the near future but other than that we really liked our stay here. It’s a perfect base camp location for exploring all of Skye in a couple of days…

Lovely stay in a cosy house for 6 people
Our group of 2 couples and 2 friends stayed 3 nights at this house. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The interior walls are poorly soundproofed so that you can hear everything between the rooms. The location is a 10-15 minutes walk from the center of Portree. Would recommend this house for groups or families.
