“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“Breakfast hours end a bit early for west coasters and the food was average (not a problem though). Not the most comfortable mattress but we slept OK. Elevator old and slow. Pool closed last of the time for maintenance. Pretty good value overall, which was what we wanted for a four night stay.”

“Had a great stay. Food was wonderful and amenities were great. Customer service was top tier.”

“Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. Service was so bad, and we ended up needing to go to a fast food restaurant to get food. It was a miserable experience. The hotel is under construction, but that shouldn’t affect the delays we……

“Great place to stay but avoid when posible, some days parking space is not available due to large trucks taking over 8 to 10 spaces each and you could see some days 4 or five trucks in the parking lot.”
