Pristine, yes house was clean but refrigerator barely kept anything cool and it smelled like fish so bad!! Emailed host and got no reply. Very strict rules with tons of warnings after you book so beware. House was nice but a little pricey for what you get. Outside patio furniture had black widow eggs all under everything. We couldn’t sit outside. House can hold a decent amount of people but only family room with TV sits 4 people. Not all 4 bedrooms have TV’s so keep that in mind. It is a nice property. Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Large eat in kitchen was the best feature.

This was a super clean home! Absolutely loved this home. Backyard really big & nice. Host very accommodating & quickly would answer all of my questions. Anyone with a big family would love this home!

Amazing place to stay with your family. My kids loved and enjoyed the whole part. I wanted to use the backyard, but since we are out all the time during the day hence we didn’t get a chance, but it looks very nice here. This is the place that i would prefer to stay with a family. The garage access was a plus point for me for my convenience. I would love to stat here again. Everything is perfect here.

Perfect getaway for my small family.

Nice and quiet neighborhood with little to no traffic. My little 1 1/2 year old absolutely loved the little playground. Host was always there to help and answer any questions even though it was a little late one time. My mother who never goes out said she would be willing to do it again and that says a lot.

Great location for what we needed. A couple things were broken when we got there:Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Needs hinge work. Trash cabinet in kitchen needs work. Would have been nice to know that refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work. All 3 outside trash cans were full when we arrived.

Min needs are not there

Starting from checkin process and the way host responding is very bad. Minimum things like bounty and bath tissues are also very less for 12 guests. Very upset with our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Poway Retreat with our family. The home and kitchen are well appointed with everything we needed. The backyard provided a quiet retreat to enjoy the great San Diego weather. The street is very quiet and private. We plan on staying here again in the future!
