“When we got to the room and opened the door, there was a sour smell. The room wasn’t very big, and when we asked to change rooms, they told us there were none available. We ended up buying candles to get rid of the odor. Even though we opened the windows before every stay, the smell was still there. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay $75. I don’t mind choosing a room with a balcony, but I can guarantee the window in a balcony room is smaller than the one in your bathroom at home. It……

“Room was spotless. Staff were in constant communication with us to make sure all was well. When we needed a refill of shampoo, a staff member was there within 3 minutes. Literally, 3 minutes. Very friendly as well. I would definite recommend Kasa and intend on coming back in the future.”

“We were a group of 10 (ages18 to 75) and we all felt comfortable with plenty of space to relax. The entire space was CLEAN, inside and out! The bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size with all the linens and towels needed. The wall bunk beds were comfortable too. The enclosed patio with furniture and an outdoor rug was perfect to hang out in. The kitchen was well equipped and grocery delivery service was excellent!!! Parking was enclosed and we felt safe. “We absolutely loved our stay at the Coronado Beach Resort! The location is unbeatable — just a block from a gorgeous beach and close to everything in San Diego. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the amenities are fantastic: beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, pool, ping pong, board games, DVD rentals, and even Ms. Cody, the resident parrot who greets you in the lobby.
