「Close to exit of the highway, noisy in midnight if you open your window. Good restaurant and winery nearby. Parking lot available.」

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. 「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「Spacious room, excellent location and super helpful staff」
