“Marilia deserves to be the VRBO host of the year! She was so helpful and accommodating. The house is comfy and spacious. We had a little issue with understanding the heating system but she solved it immediately. We were out of season for the pool. Oh well. We used this as our hub for side trips to various Tuscany towns and it was perfect. Marilia brought us a couple of surprises during our stay which was sweet. “Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

“This was a perfect location for our girls trip in Tuscany. Beautiful country views in a quiet setting. Very convient location to make day trips thru Tuscany but would definitely recommend you rent a car to do this. A parking spot wss provided so did not have to worry about finding and paying for a place to keep the rental car. The house was clean with lots of space and so nice to have so many bathrooms all with good water pressure. The kitchen had plenty of dishware and utensils and made life……
