“Beautiful Borgo with views over Sienna and wonderful Tuscan countryside.
In peak summer there is a family pool and adults only pool. The family pool was quiet and nice area to relax.
About 20-30 mins to Siena we explored lots of lovely hill top places for dinner each night.
Pool side dining was ok, club sandwiches that type of thing not extensive choice but adequate.
Stunning views, good location to explore surrounding area. Would definitely recommend. I stayed with my family two boys age 9……

THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The……

“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests.
Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean.
Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated.
Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night.
Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”
