「In my opinion this property is mis-represented. I believe the description has been updated since we stayed maybe, but I can't verify. It is NOT close to anything and Taxis have a hard time finding it and they are expensive. If you have a car and want a country retreat, might be ok. The ad says "Private/Shared Bath"...what it didn't say is your private bath is on the 1st floor and room is on 2nd floor. We never saw any tennis courts or a cafe/restaurant. We didnt know how to adjust the heating or...

「This was a lovely place to stay. The view was stunning and looked like something out of a postcard. The host was welcoming, helpful, and very easy to communicate with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of our favorite things was waking up every morning to the sound of birds and taking in the peaceful surroundings. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and perfect for unwinding. The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is a bit far from major attractions, so having your own...

「Room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly. Free parking next to hotel is a bonus. Tram station is very close and convenient as we take T2 to historic center.」

「大床是两个单人床拼成，中间有个缝会一直掉下去，很不舒适。房间面积本很小了，房间内还多了一个加床，所以更小。沐浴间也特别小，要小心翼翼。早餐也很一般。不是很推荐」

「Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The...

「距離火車站很近，要乘火車十分方便。要去佛羅倫斯景點也不遠，步行就可以，真不錯。房間是歐陸式，十分美麗，只是在一樓低層，晚上會聽到附近廣場的聲音，但不算太吵。」

「No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests. Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean. Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated. Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night. Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.」

「Here is good to have a vacation in Firenze. All of them are friendly. We are enjoying」
