“No tea and kettle in the room. Water only available in the lounge area which caused inconveniences to guests.
Bottled water only supplied on the first day! Given the relatively high rate, this provision is too mean.
Drainage was found clogged but prompt fix was appreciated.
Stayed 3 nights but bedsheets and quilt covers not changed the 2nd night.
Air-conditioning in the room was good and reliable.”

“After the second cleaning, i notice there are sand-like stuff on the floor of toilet area, it felt gritty and uncomfortable. I walked barefoot in the room as there were no slippers provided and I didnt bring one with me.
The second morning when I was in the toilet, I accidentally stepped on something and it was painful. I realised I was bleeding. It was a tiny piece of debris? (I was guessing its a debris from the wall because of the shiny surface, but I can’t tell). This is not what I expected……

“Most staffs were very nice. But there was a receptionist who was very unhelpful and dismissive. THE MOST HORRIBLE thing was, after we left our negative experience at the hotel feedback system using the rooms tablet, that staff came knocking at the front of our room at 9 pm confronting us with very intimidating and rude language. We tried to request to see a manager or at least other staffs. But our request was responded like NO ONE will help you. So we went for help in the restaurant. The……
