"AC did that work at all felt like I was suffocating in the room. I checked out of there at 1:15 AM and I went and slept in my semi truck, but it was more comfortable then the actual motel room"

"Shay at the front desk (who loaned me a cable charger) , the other gentleman (sorry I forgot to get his name) who was with me in the early morning hours of 5 a.m. while charging my phone in the lobby, and Billy morning shift. Thank you so much. You guys are awesome. Clean room, cold ac, and most importantly, tile flooring (super plus for me). Amazing location."

"The room and amenities were as advertised but we had a major problem with staff. I had booked this stay for my husband as he was driving cross country and I accidentally booked it under my name. I could not change the name in the app so my husband requested he change the revelation to him once he was checking in at 2am. The night shift desk clerk was extremely rude, would not give us any guidance as to how to resolve the issue, and his only offer to rectify the situation was to book a second reservation. I called and discussed with him, offered to send photos of my ID, or cancel the reservation for a refund and rebook but he refused. We had to call Choice Hotels who called and asked him to change the name on the reservation but he still refused. Then I called Hotels.com who called and asked him to change the name and he finally agreed after keeping us up for over an hour at 2am. It ended up being a very quick fix that he was just refusing to do the entire time. "

"J’ai adoré ce lieu. Au calme dans la forêt. Ils ont plus de 40 cabines mais bien isolées les unes des autres. En arrivant on a vu des biches et lapins. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire (climatisation incluse), même de quoi faire un feu (il faisait trop chaud pour nous pour apprécier en faire un). On a réservé à peine 2h avant notre arrivée, j’ai eu les instructions juste à temps. Les échanges ne se font que par mail ou messagerie. De notre séjour au texas c’est notre meilleure nuit/hôtel. On serait bien resté une nuit de plus mais on devait monter sur dallas avant de prendre notre avion. Je recommande vivement."

"Everything was great until they wanted a $150 deposit. When you are paying for a $60 room typically you don’t have the $150 for a deposit otherwise you would be staying at a higher end hotel. The deposit should match"
