"Great location and lovely lemongrass aroma throughout. The double beds were comfy and room is spacious. The Park on 14th is diagnolly across the street and there is a garage around the corner for $20-30/day."

"I would definitely come back for a stay. I came for a quick staycation and loved it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and noise is non-existent. Walkable restaurants and Harris Teeter at the end of the block. If you are ever in the Washington , D.C. area this hotel will not disappoint."

"The hotel was under renovation so I don’t think it’s fair to judge it completely BUT the renovated hotel room I stayed in was super nice and lush. I didn’t drive so no comments on parking. The bed was my favorite part and the view of the city was amazing. Very walkable as well."

"The serving staff in the on-site restaurant and bar were exceptional. The front desk kept me informed about room availability and contacted me for an earlier check-in when a room became available. There was only 1 mirror in the room with 2 queens, making it difficult to get dressed and do makeup because you had to wait for the bathroom to be free, or you had 3 folks trying to stand in front of the one mirror Other than mirror, all was good. Great location next to the train station, and places to eat nearby."

Charming & Spacious Apt in Historic Rowhouse

"Location, location, location! The best thing about this property is the neighborhood. It was safe and very friendly (A lot of dog walkers!) You were a few minutes walk from Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joes, several restaurants, and a Metro station. We were able to grab provisions easily coming home from a day of sight seeing. We stayed over a week, so it was great to use the kitchen, washer & dryer etc.. It was comfortable, clean, and I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy DC."
U Street Capsule Hostel

"After getting to the property, I noticed multiple notices about checking in online and downloading an app to access the doors. Fortunately an app was not absolutely required, as my phone was dead. They can provide a manual code to get get in. The guy checking me in was very polite and helpful. The capsule could definitely use more plugins; there are only 2 (different) types of USB plugs. If one is not working and you don't have the other kind, then good luck getting charged up ! The Free Pizza Thursday was also an unexpected touch. I spent the entire day traveling, and it was a great relief to finally arrive, and have access to everything I needed. It was a little tricky to find the place, though. Signage isn't easily visible at night, and the place appears to be a coffee shop at first glance. Overall, good value. Would stay again."
