「An amazing hotel with exceptional service! The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and spotless, and the location is perfect—convenient, safe, and close to everything. As it was our first trip to Spain, we were deeply touched by the warm hospitality of the local people. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!」

「The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location.
