"Beautiful hotel in great location "

"There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "

"The woman at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us with the breakfast schedule to ensure we could have breakfast before leaving early the next morning. "

"Ok first of all you never told me we have to be there before 10, u only said to call to check in, and i did bit unfortunately when i arrive nobody was there and i stayed in practically in the streets and they didn’t gave me a refund, so i expect u guys do something."

"Area really shaddy. I did not feel safe leaving car outside. Door to establishment was not accurately represented in the map. First room we got had just being used. Second room was much better. However better than sleeping in the car"
