"Nice hotel in the heart of Canal Park and steps from the lake walk. Plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The lift bridge and Great Lakes Aquarium are also easily walkable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great selection for breakfast including pancakes, eggs, hashbrowns, english muffins, bacon and much more! Staff was kind and helpful. We will definitely stay again!"

"The hotel room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were awesome. The pool is nice and warm and the hot tub very nice. We would stay here again definitely. "

"The lights on the wall did not work the key reader stopped working in the middle of the night when I had to come back from the store there was shortstaff so there was no housekeeping plus the electricity was off during the day because of some construction that they were doing"

"Use to be my favorite place to stay when visiting Duluth. Hotel appears tired and worn. Bathroom had grout missing, loose tiles, signs of bath mat in tub (residue) but no bath mat. The in room coffee pot had an old, moldy coffee filter in it. Decent but not what it use to be. "
