「Our room had dirt spots all over the carpet, The bathtub was dirty and patches all the walls. We had a coffee maker but no coffee pot. The bed was great, however the TV had a blue line straight down the middle.
It said continental breakfast but there were no eggs and only biscuits. There was waffles」

「The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...
