"Everything was clean, staff very nice, the pool was nice and big, the price of the room was very reasonable, free breakfast and the fridge in the room was the biggest I've ever had in a hotel. "

"Good, clean property, staff was fantastic. Only thing I would suggest is that they invest in soft-closing hinges for the doors. Not sure if it was other guests or the cleaning staff but there was a lot of letting the doors slam and that became annoying after about 5 minutes. Minor problem but might not be to somebody trying to sleep…"

"The room was clean. Jamie was our 1st new friend we made after moving to Portsmouth. She and the rest of the staff were so helpful in answering all of our questions."

Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Elevator was nasty and sounded like a death trap. Breakfast was pretty good. Fresh food was brought out and everything was clean. Bed was awful. It was on a metal sheet frame so everytime you moved it made a loud sound. "
