“We had a wonderful experience because of the staff at this holiday and location. Jessica at the check-in desk was very hospitable from the very beginning and very warm and welcoming. Gus, who was managing the breakfast buffet, went above and beyond from any other staff member at a hotel breakfast we have ever met before. He checked on all of the customers and made sure that everything was incredibly clean and well cared for.”

“The location was great. We could be hiking at Hocking Hills in 15 minutes or visiting one of the nearby towns in the same amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable; great mattresses. Our room was very humid (I think they recently shampooed the carpeting, and that was making the room damp). Breakfast was okay: better than a continental breakfast, but it could be better (bread pudding was an odd offering). The pool was quite small, but the water temperature……

“The Worthington is a unique property. It is a rose surrounded by the briar patch of downtown buildings. It is an upscale look and seems to be relatively new property. The decor is beautiful and so was the staff. Our room was clean and comfortable but the room we occupied was smaller than the average hotel room. That may not be true of all rooms on the property. I would advise you look closely at the room choices. Thank you for a pleasant night.”

“Rooms are a little small but clean. Front desk friendly. There was no one in breakfast area working at 7:00 am but someone had it set up. We were planning on hiking and have diabetes. So I asked if someone could make the eggs like the morning before. They said that the person that does that didn’t show up yet. Breakfast starts at 6am. The front desk asked the lady in the office and she waddled out and said I’m not punched in but I guess it can. When you are told they have eggs and……

“This property is apart of Hocking College. This property is away from town. No restaurants or coffee shops near by, hotel bar was ok. Continental breakfast was very poor. This is a no smoking property. No elevators.”
