"The history of the house is apparent and beautiful! We stayed in July so the Nelsonville air was hot and still. The air conditioner was very effective, even too cold at times but there was no thermostat that I could locate and it was a on a pre-programmed schedule making the house comfortable the majority of the time.We love the full kitchen that enabled us the bring food to cook. A large cast iron skillet provided the perfect vessel to roast a whole chicken.This house is perfect to walk to Stuart's Opera House."

"The house was historic with some of the same character. My room was small with an attached bathroom that may have been a closet before. I believe there were six rooms. Parking is easy neighborhoods is quite.Dining room has four or five tables. Only one bedroom on first floor. I would stay there again."

"Such a charming classic location. Nice breakfast. Very air conditioned! (I had to close the vent in my room because I’m always cold). I stayed in the lilac room downstairs bc I needed 2 beds. I would totally stay here again. It’s such a cute B&B! Reminded me of staying at my grandma’s house. They even have a little guest book near the door."
