「Had a great stay. Check in was easy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was more than helpful during our stay.」

「My husband and I chose this location traveling from Michigan to North Carolina to stop for a break. The hotel is very out of date. It took 20 minutes to check in with paper processes while the clerk stared at my husband the whole time. Then she tells me I’m all set without giving me a room number or keys. 「The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful」

「Two entrances had broken doors, one of which had no door. Remote didn’t work right for the tv, and the room smelled. AC system barely functioned. The breakfast was very limited.」

「Very easy to check in, cabin was beautiful with a nice private feeling, hot tub was really nice, loved the fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans/utensils etc. Thank you Kevin for the opportunity to stay in this lovely cabin!」

We were booked for seven days, but we needed a ground floor room because of my wife's handicap. The manager refused to give us one. We stayed elsewhere, the Red Roof Inn in Jackson.」
