“The house was beautifully decorated, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and perfectly located close to Wrigley Field and the local establishments. If available, I highly recommend upgrading to the garage option for parking, especially during Cubs home games. This worked out perfectly for us. Justin was very helpful and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property owner was very responsive to my questions. The apartment is in a quiet building that is very well maintained. Grocery store across the street is convenient. Apartment was very clean and made my weeklong stay in January comfortable. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chicago. Pictures online are very accurate.”

“Check in had a slight snafu with them giving us the wrong door code but it was sorted pretty quickly. The apartment does the job. The beds aren't the most comfortable and the apartment definitely has poorly maintained college house vibes, but the neighborhood is extremely convenient and very walkable.”

“Great apartment. Clean, great amenities, very cute set up. Bed was huge and comfortable. Washer was a nice plus. Bathroom was large and an abundance of windows to add some natural lighting. Location couldn’t be better: just off the main strip but down a side street adding to the overall quiet. Area is top notch and having 2 supermarkets just minutes away by foot was a real plus. My only cons were the host: after booking, communication was non existent. I was asked to text a photo of my ID which……

“The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and……

“Very clean, lots of welcoming touches. We liked the neighborhood and it was perfect for our needs. We used the extremely close public transportation for all our tourism and there were food shops as well as small restaurants very nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of supplies such as paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, etc. I really had the idea that someone was trying to anticipate our needs. We knew that noise from the El might be an issue for us, and……

We couldn't have been happier with our stay in this home as it was a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Location was close to everything we had planned for the week, it was more than enough space for our crew of 8, all items needed to cook and clean during our stay were readily available, the grocery is directly across the street and there is a parking spot behind the property so you don’t have to find and walk from a street option. “The apartment is darling and well appointed. There's tons of sunlight and the house is comfortable. Public transportation (specifically the L) is a 12 minute walk, and it's a fun, adventurous excursion for shopping or restaurants. The apartment is definitely on a noisy corner. We live in NYC and are accustomed to exterior traffic sounds so it didn't bother us much, but suburban, light sleepers should be prepared.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. I came for a bar crawl with my family and everything was in distance of the room. I really liked the fact that I could use my phone as my key for both the front door and room. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, but will definitely stay again. ”
