「Not Recommended Our stay at this hotel was unacceptable on multiple levels. The front desk staff were openly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and communication was almost impossible because they did not speak English. In an English speaking country, this is a basic requirement — and the hotel’s failure here created constant frustration and made even simple requests difficult. 「The house we were supposed to stay in got cancelled after we landed in Guyana, and the owner let us stay here on short notice and basically saved our vacation! The house is in a convenient location between Cheddi Jagan and Georgetown. The beds are comfortable, AC gets really cold, ceiling fan in the sitting room and stand fan in the bedroom.」
