Beautifully designed villa with the perfect outdoor living space

Our family has stayed at several different properties in TCI and Kailoa was our favorite. The overall design of the house as well as the organic modern decor was right on point. The thought and detail that went into the construction of this property and the interior design is astounding. Truly a marvel. The indoor and outdoor spaces are equally impressive. There are many amazing outdoor living spaces to enjoy on this property, all ocean-facing but one. The pool is designed so that there is a shallow pool perfect for little ones and a larger infinity pool for adults and older kids to enjoy. We absolutely loved the swinging daybed and lounge furniture plus the outdoor sectional and al fresco dining area. The Bullfrog spa system (we have one) with the lounging pads was amazing. I never thought I’d use a hot tub in a tropical climate but we most definitely did and thoroughly enjoyed it. The beach space, loungers and landscaping were all amazing as well. My kids tried the paddle boards — also a nice touch — but it was too windy during our stay to really make use of them. The electric gate and neighborhood security were appreciated. The area itself feels very safe and secure with the exception of the beach access. Some lighting down by the beach would be my only suggestion. TKCA was highly responsive, professional and excellent to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property and highly recommend renting from TKCA as well. As mentioned in the review, the beach access was the only point that felt less than secure — I don’t know if it’s patrolled by security but a motion light or something would be nice. Some of the landscaping lights weren’t working either. Lastly I couldn’t find any scissors. All small things!
