“La piscina es pequeña”

“El lugar está perfectamente ubicado. Todo lindo parecido a la foto pero... la limpieza de la habitación nos opacó la entrada. Las almohadas estaban sucias, tenían humor de otra gente y la cama tenía cabellos por todos lados. No uno, varios. Y como es un hotel digital, no hay recepción, todo te responden por chat o llamada. Si es cierto que luego me encontré con las de limpieza y pedí que me cambien la ropa de cama pero de entrada fue decepcionante ver la cama tan sucia, con residuos de……

“Whilst there were some great amenities at this hotel, the service was terrible. Check in took over 2 hours and our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling. We had to ask 4 times for someone to look at it by which time the leak had spread across the ceiling and there was constant dripping. They made a hole in the ceiling at the point of the original leak but left the second area until we had complained a further twice. They removed the ceiling tile and left a bucket under it to catch the drip.……

“Room was spacious and clean. Hotel in a quiet location and the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. The breakfast was not good, hot food was cold, chipped plates and the tea was not nice. Hotel definitely better for the Spanish and no English entertainment as advertised.”

There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. “Se puede descansar bien, no hay ruidos en las horas de siesta y por la noche. La piscina está muy bien tanto para mayores como menores y no está demasiado saturada aunque lo de siempre, gente que coge la hamaca desde por la mañana y nunca hay nadie ocupándola. Por fuera tiene pinta de un hotel muy nuevo pero las habitaciones o al menos la nuestra estaba que se caía a trozos, puertas rotas y en general muy dejado. El resto del hotel si se nota que tiene su mantenimiento.”

“Decepcionante, el hotel está viejo y estropeado. Lo único que merece la pena son los toboganes y el personal también muy amable. La comida del bufet también está rica. La habitación está rota, deteriorada y vieja. Los muebles rotos y anticuados. El sofá cama destrozado. La nevera y la caja fuerte de los años 50. Las piscinas sucias y masificadas. La taza del water picada. Óxido en bañera. Las cortinas sucísimas. Las sillas de la terraza desgastadas. La alfombra del pasillo intocable. El comedor……

“Das Zimmer hatte eingeschränkte Sicht aufs Meer, was wir aber nicht fanden. Große Betten und großer Balkon. Alles im Zimmer sauber. Aber… das Essen eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten Halbpension dazugebucht, Getränke inklusive. Soweit so gut. Speisenauswahl war durchaus ansprechend. Nur schmeckt kaltes Essen nicht sehr gut. Über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten, aber alles was warmes Essen sein sollte war lauwarm. Das sogenannte Showcooking bot zwar ganz frisch zubereitete Speisen an, Aber……
