“Room was clean as expected with a large comfy bed, we ate in the restaurant which was really good and would highly recommend, close to terminal however the parking is £25 overnight at the hotel, we decided to stay the night before our flight last minute, so be aware of the parking charge. ”

“Fantastic location. Ideal for what we needed but also really rural-feeling and peaceful. We found it quiet and charming. We enjoyed wandering in amongst the old orchard and down through the copse, across the scrubland that forms part of the floodplain of the Tyne. It was good to know there are badgers around although we weren’t lucky enough to see anyway. The dawn chorus was impressive. Very pleasant indeed. Definitely will book again if we’re back in the area. ”

“Nice spacious and very clean room. Well facilitated with a tea tray and bottles of water. Room was immensely hot but thankfully able to open all the windows. Liked fresh cooked breakfast (as opposed to usual buffets) however I would love to see a better drinkable coffee being served and a little gripe - after requesting hard poached egg with no ‘snot’ my egg was totally snotty when I cut it and ran into my breakfast so didn’t eat much. But all in all a very pleasant stay and reasonable value for……

“I can honestly say everything was perfect with the room, it was beautiful, clean, all the amenities you needed was there, front of house was well mannered and polite when we arrived. I had requested for room to be decorated alittle special as it was our anniversary, and my request was granted so if you do want to stay somewhere and make it special always ask they are happy to help. Only one slight problem with the room is the noise level from other rooms, you were able to hear walking around,……

“We’ve just spent 3 wonderful days at The Beaumont Hotel celebrating our anniversary. We had a superior double room on the third floor overlooking the park which was accessible by a lift. The room was both spacious and extremely comfortable. Very clean and well appointed with a large en suite bathroom equipped with a large bath and rainfall shower. Quality toiletries are supplied too. All the staff are a credit to the hotel. The food is excellent, with decent menu options available both in the……
