"We were amazed by the resort, right from the pick up from the airport ( thanks Elias) to assistance from the staff. The pool and resort were immaculate and the service was impeccable. The room was clean and very comfortable. We would like to mention the amazing staff starting with Tristan our concierge. He helped us with any questions or issues we may of had. At the pool we want to thank Chez, Francisco,Edwin and Sebastian. We have forgotten a couple names but all the pool staff were great. Our service at the restaurant was first rate. All the servers were professional, fun and made the dining experiences enjoyable. Thank you for a marvellous experience, our family truly enjoyed and appreciated such a special vacation at Grand Residences! Exceeded all our expectations. The Lyons family will be back and we’re strongly recommending your resort to all of our friends and family. Thank you!"

"We took a chance trying a new resort and this did not disappoint. The resort is beautiful and the food was a pleasant surprise! Many options and all were very good. The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They always had activities to all ages around the pool. It felt a little crowded at first but we got used to it. I wish the view of the ocean was a little better but I think this is how most resorts are and that's not a deal breaker for us. Very beautiful resort. Some people didn't recommend this for couples without children but my husband and I really enjoyed it(we're 34&40). We would definitely like to come back here for another trip. "

"Amazing property. Only complaint is after an all night flight concierge was too pushy for us to attend a time share meeting. Venta ha across the street was amazing. Would go again."

"Only go if you bring your kids Complete kids resort Do not clean up seaweed If your a couple without kids avoid Or make sure you ask for a room not in front of the kids waterpark Kinda feels like a jail set up Where your viewing someone room across from you The places echoes loud because it’s an enclosed resort Just don’t book here unless you want slow service and a boring experience Only did 3 days and was happy to leave Much better resorts for your money "
