The room I stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets and dirty linens. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival. I had called The engineering team three different times to fix the AC, which was not properly fixed. Limited dining, the lines were excruciating and long into the restaurants. Also-the limited amount of restaurants made me never want to go back to this resort.

The property was very clean and the staff were all polite, tentative and friendly. The staff from the bellboy to the housekeeper were all very nice. The food at the buffet lacked any real flavor. Honestly that was really the only downside to the visit. Beautiful resort!

Wonderful trip! Friendly attentive staff. Clean room. Loved this resort. Food was very good. Great poolside service. We felt appreciated and welcomed. Our room was as described. Resort is easy to navigate. Can’t say enough about how friendly and wonderful the staff is!

I had our wedding there and it came out absolutely perfect. Our room had AC issues and it took forever for the staff to fix it. The restaurants there had horrible service and food wasn’t the best.
