The restaurants have awkward times. There are times when none of the restaurants are open, like 5pm to 6 pm. The only things you can eat are snacks at the cafe.

The resort was beautiful a little small but it had everything you needed. I do want to say that the food was really good and all the staff was nice. The beach in this area was not nice at all my daughter tried getting in the water and it was nasty.

Personal service excellent Daniel from sea food and Miguel from Valets were very king , concierge also very nice. What I do no like shopping store is very expressive and have the none refund policy , I bought a Sun screen filter twice Because my wife bought first 40 Dollars each, 10 minutes after with out opened the item I could not return it. Food restaurant : The steak house was bad. Sea food and Italian needs more choices { are limitted.} but was good, caffe upstairs was very bad , patio restaurant was good,

In my experience the Customer service could have been better. The concierge wasn’t very accommodating after my flight was cancelled and we needed to book 1 additional night stay. I had to leave the resort and find another hotel to accommodate my needs. 3/5 starts - will not be coming back - bummer :(
