Great Views from the 5th Floor of the fabulous Sonoran Sky Beachfront Resort. The premier resort on Sandy Beach, the tourist destination of Rocky Point! This condo has it all...gourmet kitchen, great balcony furniture, comfy living room and 3 great bedrooms with King beds. The resort is packed with all the amenities you need, 4 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, beach bar, nice restaurant and casual sports bar, water slide, playground and beachfront living!
The Space:
3 bedroom all with King size beds
3 full bathrooms, the master bathroom with both jetted tub and a walk-in shower
Gorgeous gourmet fully stocked kitchen
Spacious living room with very comfortable sofas and big screen Smart TV, also with cable TV.
One car with each reservation can be parked for free inside the gated resort parking lot. Any additional car or cars can park right along the street near the resort entrance or you can pay $25 per night for additional resort parking on a first come, first serve basis.
Guest Access:
As our guest you have free access to all pools, water slide, gym, bars and restaurant. There is also a spa available for facials, massages and all other relaxing needs. Not to mention the play area complete with playground and picnic area. And of course THE BEACH!!! All condos face the Sea of Cortez and Sandy Beach for the most amazing beach vacation.
To access the condo you will be given a lockkey code at your check-in time.

Our 3 bedroom condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.
As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities. The water activities easily available on this stretch of beach include Jet Ski Rentals, Kayaks, Paddle-boarding, and Banana Boat Rides!

Getting Around:
Sandy Beach is a great area for those who want to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants and bars. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, and the malecón, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!
Other Things to Note:
There is a convenience store on the first floor just in case you need or forgot anything or don't want to venture too far away.
