PV another Gem

We have been to PV for the past 6 years and stayed in a number of places, this place is a gem. Great location, good small pool and centrally located. Already talking about when we can return, perfect accommodations for a couple.

Great Location

Great location to everything Zona Romatica has to offer, beach, shopping and resturants. The unit was cute and well designed. Bed was comfortable and we thought it was very quiet even with the street just below the unit. We would definately stay here again.

Coming back

Incredible location. Couple of blocks from the beach, next to the funicular that takes up up the hill to a hotel bar that is the perfect place to watch ‘The Show’ (sunset, as my friend calls it). Wandered the neighborhood daily, great food and bars… felt totally safe. This will be my first choice for my next trip back.

Centrally Located

We wanted to add an extra week to our PV vacation and found this perfectly located accommodation. I loved the pool, but also the fact that the curtains blacked out, and when the windows closed, noise was cancelled. We would happily stay here again. Thank you Javier and team for making the start to our vacation so easy!

Not the ordinary condo

Unlike the condo towers up the hill, this one has a personality all its own. Split level, Mexican tile. Individual outside ground-level entrance with gate. I loved it.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in May. It's a rare place we've stayed anywhere where we have already decided we will be happy to book again on our next trip to PV! Amenities were great. Pool was all we needed and never crowded. The water pressure in the shower was very nice and we had plenty of hot water thanks to the unit having its own on-demand hot water heater. The neighborhood is very walkable with good restaurants and street food stands everywhere. If you want a full grocery store I suggest a cab ride to Soriano, but small markets are nearby and you can walk readily to the Mercado Municipal for fresh fruit, veg and meats. There is a club/caberet across the street so if you're sensitive to noise you might be annoyed some nights but it really wasn't anywhere near as loud as I had been worried it would be. We travel with a white noise machine but didn't even need it. I can't wait to go again!

Exactly as advertised

This is a Mexicute apartment in a 7 apartment complex next the the funicular and the Swedes. We found it a perfect spot in old town - the pool is a perfect place to chill out after a day at the beach.

Great location, great little casita,

Nicely layed out, charming suite, Alfredo met me and gave orientation and is most kind. Was all good. Vallarta is busy and bustling. There is construction going on so it can be a little noisy in the daytime.
