We had a very good stay overall and would happily return. I am giving four stars because of a few issues noted below, but the positives were strong.
First, Alex, our property contact, was excellent. He was responsive, helpful, and quickly arranged for a hot water issue to be fixed within a day. Great service and much appreciated, especially while traveling.
The room itself is modern and well equipped. It is on the smaller side, but the air conditioning worked perfectly and the kitchenette was very useful for us. The rooftop pool and views were outstanding and ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. Perfect spot for some quiet downtime after being out in Puerto Vallarta.
There were a few downsides. The rooftop hot tub was not working during our stay, and there was noticeable daytime construction noise that was not mentioned in the listing. Also, the listing described a king bed, but it was clearly smaller, closer to a double.
Even with those issues, we were happy with the stay. It is a nice newer building in Old Town with a beautiful rooftop space.
