This is a beautiful property and very functional for a group of up to 8 people (we had 7). One nice feature that might not be clear online: the one room that doesn't face the ocean or have any view is the largest by a lot and really is more like a suite. So, whoever gets the room without a view at least gets the biggest, most comfortable space - huge bedroom, 1/2 bath, full bath with very large walk in shower. Also noting that while the bedroom doesn't have an ocean view, the shower does.
