"I just stayed here for a week. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was all very friendly. This was right after all the stuff happened down here so I called ahead of time and was assured everything was fine. I felt completely safe down here during my stay. I got a room on the fifth floor and the far back of the building which I highly recommend because it's far away from the street. The coffee place right next-door is delicious. I get that every morning instead of the coffee they offer here which is only available from 7 to 9 . But if you walk right out the door there's a little coffee place where you get a discount and it's bomb . I couldn't recommend this Hotel more. I got such a great rate. The rooftop pool is beautiful, hot tub is beautiful. The views from the rooftop full of the ocean are marvelous. I stayed in the panoramic deluxe room with the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's only a six dollar Uber over to the romantica district. I went one full day got the day pass playa los arcos For 60 bucks includes breakfast lunch and drinks right on the ocean that was awesome. This will definitely be one of my number one places to look when I stay in PV! Loved it. Thank you for the hospitality. What a find... and no kids lol"

"We had a mountain view room which faces traffick and mountains. However this year there was a full blown carnival right across from 6pm-12:00am for the 4 weeks we were there! Very very loud. ?charge less, maybe a free breakfast."

"Staff are friendly, rooms are a good size, good location property doesn’t make sence ,food was mediocre,ala cart no thank you , no night entertainment, vendors all.over the pool area wasn't very relaxing when the came ever minute from early morning to night ! If you are looking for a budget hotel and eat out most nights or enjoying the PV night life good place to sleep ."

"Checking in was horrible. They didn’t have a room for us when we arrived. They gave a room where people were still there, then they gave us another room which was at the very back with a view to the neighbour building which looked like it was under construction. We went the next day to ask if they could give us another room, the guy said to go back next day, and we did, but they told us that they wouldn’t move us at all. I told them that this would be the first and last time we would stay there, and the guy just shrugged and said “ok”. On the other hand, the buffet food was delicious and the pool was ok. "
