The Space:
You'll be in the Alta Vista neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta at our boutique building of only ten units offers a peaceful and private stay. The highlight is the beautiful swimming pool, where you can soak up breathtaking ocean and mountain views that stretch over the vibrant city below. With shaded lounge chairs, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The living area of our 1612 sq ft condo features large glass doors that open up to the pool area, offering breathtaking views that set the stage for a romantic night in. Pour yourself a glass of wine and relax as the sun sets, painting the sky in stunning hues. Inside, the sitting area features a cozy sofa and a pair of ultra-comfy chairs, perfect for enjoying movie time on the Apple TV.

The kitchen features high-end appliances and all the utensils you’ll need to prepare any meal of the day. The dishwasher makes cleanup a breeze, so you can quickly get back to enjoying your vacation. Pull up a chair at the bar for a casual meal, which also doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. For more formal dining, there's a spacious table that comfortably seats six.

When it's time to unwind, you'll find two bedrooms, each featuring a glorious king bed dressed in sumptuous linens and pillows for a truly restful sleep. Both rooms are equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, and direct access to the poolside patio. The master bathroom is a showstopper with a spacious circular shower with three shower heads and a wall of windows—offering a unique and luxurious bathing experience. The walk-in closet provides ample space for all your belongings and luggage. The second bathroom, conveniently located just outside the bedroom, is equally impressive, with high-end fixtures and luxurious marble tiles that add an extra touch of elegance to your stay.

The condo has a big laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron and extra cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo and shared access to all the complex amenities onsite.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the area known as Zona Romantica, the condo is only a 5-minute drive to the beach! Within minutes, you have an OXXO (a popular convenience store), a great variety of local eats to choose from, a pharmacy, a flea market and a large grocery store.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR), which is about 11 kilometers (7 miles) away.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a copy of the ID of all adult guests on the registration.
- Upon arrival, adults should have their photo ID ready to access to the complex.
- If bringing a car, please advise at least 24 hours before arrival. The on-site parking is only for monthly rentals, but there is street parking for short-term renters.
​​- Only 10 units in the whole complex so it’s very private.
- The lobby is on the third floor, the apartment is two floors down on the first floor. Just note, at times you'll need to climb up and down stairs at parts of the property.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited, and no people for hire (i.e., a massage therapist).
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity fees: Electricity is included for stays under 7 nights. Over 7 nights, it is $100 USD per week. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the fee is based on consumption at $6 MXN (pesos) per KW.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue that is out of our immediate control, i.e., caused by an external service provider like the internet or electricity.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.
- There is no parking onsite.

Someone will meet you upon arrival to check you in. Please advise the local contact of your expected time of arrival 24 hours in advance (including flight details).
