“It was a wonderful stay! A beautiful little cabin, with a perfect view of the river from the kitchen window. Very clean and cozy! A relaxing and quiet little get away. “Supply and demand. If you're looking at this place, you've got a reason to stay in or around Francesville. You don't have many options. The place is small, no frills and dated. It was fine for my family for a couple of nights as we weren't in the house very long. Our cost for 2 nights all in was 387. Don't have high expectations and you'll be ok.It was easy to check in. Wifi worked. Had hot water and a TV.”

“This house is amazing. Very well stocked with lots of extra in kitchen! The showers where also very well stocked with plenty of towels and soaps. .Had a bond fire last night, and the kids enjoy the pickleball court. Would definitely rent this house again. ”

“Clean house with well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog. Plenty of space for our hockey family during our weekend of games at the academy. ”

“I would like to preface this by saying we did violate the "no pets policy". I absolutely understand that means we needed to vacate the property but it was a horrible experience. Let me begin by saying the property is very creepy with all the plastic plants hanging literally everywhere. I went to shower and realized the prior tenants towels were still hanging on the towel rack and the used washcloths were still in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned and there was no hand soap -- anywhere……
