“Such a fun yurt and a peaceful location! We loved the proximity to activities and then relaxing with a glass of wine on the little balcony!”

“This was our second day at the Cellar @ JS Hubb’s. We really love the location as it’s a very short walk to the lake and also to all of the activities in town.. The host is just a text away and is very attentive! We will be back”

“great space! can walk to the lake, shops and bars!”

“Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.”

“Beautiful cabin that has EVERYTHING you need for a relaxed and fun family vacation. A lot of attractions within 30 min -1 h drive on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The hosts are great! Thank you Ray and Destiny - we will come again!”

“Very nice accommodations far away from any distractions. Excellent stay.”

“Great communication! Very comfortable stay with nice backyard view. Looking forward to another stay.”

“Quiet road CLEAN and comfortable.”

“The host has done a wonderful job on providing a comfy, clean, and inviting space which is a convenient location to all of your downtown shops and eateries. Initially, we thought the downtown location may have some challenges, but the parking was very easy and right around the corner and we slept like babies in a comfortable bed. The only initial issue, was no coffee grinder for the beans, but the coffee shop is right across the street.”

“Everything was great. Very clean and cute place. Perfect for 4 people. We will be back!”

“This location was perfect for our stay! It was cozy, clean and comfortable! Suzanne was a fantastic host, and checking in and out was super easy. My daughter and I enjoyed the cute little porch over looking the street and library. Just a short walk to the lake or to the center of town for browsing the little shops or grabbing a bite to eat. We loved it and will definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience.”

“Loved the location surrounded by grapes and farmland. Very spacious. Awesome communication. And the price was perfect. Next time I’m in the area I would definitely check for availability.”

“We loved this property. Close to wineries, very clean and very modern.Plenty of space to walk dogs, fire pit was relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, better than my one at home. Host answered questions quickly .We hopefully will be visiting again next year.”

“Great place to stay in a great location! Everything was clean and in good working condition. The house was perfect for our multigenerational group ages 7-73. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need. It’s very close to downtown Penn Yann. The expansive yard had plenty of grass for kids to play outside while adults gathered by the grill and firepit. Everything was as described and pictured. I would definitely recommend!”

“Was never able to get our room!!!!”

“I enjoyed my stay. The host left a nice welcome card was very easy to communicate with.”
