“We loved staying at Ala Kai B&B. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. They provided great dinner recommendations and places to visit. They also provided an excellent breakfast in the morning. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Our teenage daughter enjoyed having her own room.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this off-the-beaten path bnb. Hosts were very informative and welcoming. Stay here if you want to fall asleep to the sounds of frogs and birds, shower under the moonlight, and breakfast with the geckos. There’s no A/C but plenty of fans kept us cool. ”

“Our first time in Hawai’i, and this place was one of the highlights of our trip. Surrounded by lush forest and secluded, it was the perfect getaway. The central location on the island allows for east access to everywhere. We will definitely be talking about/recommending the volcano mist cottage to others. ”

“Very nice place, location is great for a visit to the Volcano area. Owners were timely and helpful with our request for information. Although we did not get to meet Sarah, she was on vacation, her lovely aunt Lila filled in. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a lot of delicious options, the fruit bowl each morning was awesome. My husband fell in love with the sandwich maker and it started the day off wonderfully. There was no coffee maker in our small room but Lila found one for me as……
