「This property is beautiful. It's an old building but it's beautiful. It even has a fresco in one of the public rooms. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it had air conditioning. It does have an elevator but depending on where your room is you might have to go up/down a few steps. The staff helped with our bags and answered all our questions. Breakfast was really nice. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old city. Ravenna is a beautiful old city full of gorgeous...

「What was described in the listing was inaccurate. No restaurant no lounge. Room was very small. Bathroom was awful dirty/grubby looking. The whole place was very dated and old. Not a good experience at all. Would advise others to give it a miss!!」
