"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

"No codes provided to access the room beforehand. Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

However during our stay, our one bedroom apartment TV was spoilt on the 2nd day. "This property is in a very seedy neighborhood! I could not find an address anywhere on the building but waited until other guests exited so I knew it was the correct place. When we arrived we messaged the contact person for directions to enter. We waited 1 1/2 hours and received no reply as of yet. We found other lodging. The communication could be me fault as I should have requested 24 hours earlier, but no reply after 3 messages?? I would not suggest anyone booking here. "

"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

"The apartment is well-located and spacious, but badly in need of TLC. Many fixtures were broken, and the decor was dismal. The lounge in the sitting room - a fold out bed - was too uncomfortable to be used. Worst, the stair rail in the dimly-lit entry hall had come away from the wall, so was dangerous. "
