"Everything was perfect! We even got upgraded since it was low season. The view was the best part. You have to be in shape willing to climb a lot of steps and hills, but that’s the beauty of Santorini. Everything was nearby and pretty walkable. Easy to find open restaurants and taxis, even in low season. Highly recommend it!"

Jorge would message on what’s app to make sure we didn’t miss breakfast and Nykia communicated check in and the transfer from the airport very well. "Pro;Customer service is excellent since they will try their best to satisfy your need. Room is very clean and the location is about 10 min walk to central Oia. Con: The couple of things that I would like them to improve are the stability of WiFi connection and the bath hot water not lasting long enough. It is because it is the room in the cave. If you go deeply inside the room, there will be not any internet connection on the phone. So the stability of Wifi connection has to be good, or you don’t have any internet service. "
