It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. “Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not……

We got stuck on Machu Pichu because of issues with the train and were late for our check out. But they didn't mind and had simply been worried for us. While we threw our stuff into our bags they helped us arrange for taxis and made sure we got to the airport on time for our flight.”
