"It was ok. Being in city center I guess you can expect to hear a lot of street noise which is fine. However we couldn’t even use the pull out mattress in the living area because there were dirty towels in it when we opened it up.. so I can’t imagine what else they don’t clean in the room. You can hear all the doors slamming in the hall.. walls seem thin you can hear the next door neighbors. The fire alarm also went off around midnight our second night there.. not ideal when you have a baby. "

"Stayed one night for a show at The Met. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. Was impressed by how clean the campus was. Easy to catch an uber on Broad Street. Would definitely stay again. "

"I truly advise spending a bit more money and staying elsewhere. This is beyond a ‘you get what you pay for’ type of experience. The worst issue with this entire experience is that the cleaning crew was not made aware of my late checkout that was verified and came into the room without knocking as I was undressed.. Before my arrival I asked about an early check in and was not given a clear answer so I was waiting outside the property for a response as there is no type of front desk which is fine but inconvenient. Upon following instructions and getting to my room, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. Towels on the floor and trash everywhere but luckily I was able to be moved to a different room. The gentleman over the phone was nice and the hotel is in a pretty good area but it was a horrible first impression and I am still awaiting a partial refund or resolution for the situation. The rooms can be a little confusing so I had multiple people try to get into my room with an incorrect code which does not help my anxiety as a solo female traveler. The toilet was running for quite some time after every flush and overall I would avoid this micro hotel and stay somewhere more established. Considering I was in an ‘upgraded’ room because of the initial dirty room, it’s just not worth it when you take everything into account. As I am checking out today my experience is now much worse with poor communication from staff. Please stay elsewhere, a motel 6 would be 10x better than "
